The fourth and final Nine Kingdoms book, Mourn and Shatter, comes out September 1.

The draft is done. Writing the last book in a series is its own kind of hard. I want Mourn and Shatter to be a love letter to the characters and this world. I want to get it perfectly right. I owe Cass that, and I owe you that, too.

I'll have more to share between now and then, like a cover reveal, preorder links, and maybe a sneak peek if I can bear to part with one.

If you've stayed with this series all the way to the end, thank you. Truly. I started writing these books for myself, and somewhere along the way you came along, and that has been incredibly strange and incredibly lovely.
